Return and refund policy

At Nariair Atelier, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we have the following return policy.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery only if all of the following conditions are met:

The wig has not been worn.

The lace has not been cut.

The hair has not been washed, colored, bleached, chemically treated, or altered.

The wig is in its original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories included.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality assurance, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

Wigs with cut lace

Worn or used wigs

Washed, colored, bleached, or chemically treated wigs

Customized or altered wigs

Clearance or final sale items 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at nariairsociety@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or sent incorrectly.
